We respect your privacy. This page explains what data is collected by the assistant (chat) and by our audience metrics, for what purposes, and how to exercise your choices and rights.
1. Data collected
1.1. How the chat works : your messages are used only to answer your questions (prices, electricity, water, weather, restaurants, etc.). They are not linked to a civil identity.
1.2. Audience metrics (only if you accept) : we record data anonymised to improve the service:
- page viewed and timestamp,
- browser/device (e.g. Chrome, mobile),
- anonymous technical identifier stored locally (localStorage),
- approximate country (truncated/anonymised IP),
- any messages (also anonymised) useful for improvement.
No full IP, no precise geolocation, no third-party advertising cookies.
2. Legal basis
GDPR – art. 6: your consent for audience metrics. Without explicit agreement, no measurement is recorded. You can accept, refuse, or manage your preferences at any time.
3. Purpose
Service improvement: understanding visits, peak hours, frequent questions, clarity of information.
No targeted advertising. No reselling of data.
4. Retention period
Anonymised statistics are kept in an internal Google Sheet for a maximum period of 12 months, then archived or deleted.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You can withdraw your consent, request information or the deletion of anonymised data if you consider it sensitive. Contact:

- Google Apps Script / Google Sheets : hosting of anonymised statistics (Google Workspace compliance).
- OpenAI : real-time generation of chat responses (no re-training, no marketing use).
